Below are the expected registration costs. The prices for the conference dinner (15€ for students/30€ else) and excursion (15€) are also posted on the social events page.

Although we strongly encourage in-person participation, we recognize that there are people who cannot travel due to structural and/or personal circumstances.
The online participation fee will be used to pay for video streaming services. Some portion of the fee will also be used to pay for the lecture hall, as well as travel and accommodation for the invited speakers.
** If you are a researcher in the field of the conference and without funding, we may be able to waive your online-only conference fee. Please email fpsac2024@rub.de in this case.
The registration fees listed above do not include accommodation.
We have reserved rooms in several hotels in Bochum. We expect prices in the range 80-120€ per night, with some lower-cost options available to students and/or people willing to share a room.
You may choose your hotel reservation while filling out the registration form linked above.

The registration, banquet and excursions can be cancelled before July 1, and refunded up to a cancellation fee. After this date, no refund for cancellations will be possible.
