Below are the expected registration costs. The prices for the conference dinner (15€ for students/30€ else) and excursion (15€) are also posted on the social events page.

Early Bird registration ends April 15, 2024. We strongly encourage online participants to register before April 15, 2024 as well.
Given sufficient interest, we plan to offer participation via Zoom for participants who are unable to attend in person. Although we strongly encourage in-person participation, we recognize that there are people who cannot travel due to structural and/or personal circumstances.
The registration fees listed above do not include accommodation. We have reserved rooms in several hotels in Bochum. We expect prices in the range 80-120€ per night, with some lower-cost options available to students and/or people willing to share a room. We will post more information as the conference date gets closer.
